Job Description
Our Client is a Travel Arm of a Leading group of companies in Sri lanka
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Qualified in G.C.E A/L
- IATA Certified Professional Qualification in Airline Ticketing and reservation
- Fluency in English & computer literacy
- Knowledge in GDS (preferably in Amadeus )
Job Role
- Take responsibility for serving corporate and FIT clients by offering a full range of innovative travel products to meet their requirements satisfactory
- Providing advice on travel destination and options to client , requirements , quick , accurate and effective fares, follow up reservations and conclude sales
- Undertake and perform non sales functions to enhance services and contribute to smoother functioning of the division.

- Should be able to under pressure
