Full-Time STORE SUPERVISORS – (FEMALES & MALES)
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities.
Managing the stores to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Maintain the operational cost efficiencies.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
Analyzing sales figures.
Build strong working relationships with all supporting teams.
Ensuring that high standards are maintained for service excellence, health and safety of employees and customer.
Responding to customer complaints and comments with the support of the customer service unit by following the set standard procedure.
Coordinate and support special promotions, displays and events with support of the Merchandising teams.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and understanding forthcoming customer initiatives.
Ideall Person
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leading store locally or overseas as a Supervisor.
Able to handle stock inventory with fashion trade.
Good communication skills.
Below 30 years.
Remuneration – Starting salary Rs.35,000/=
