Qualifications and experience
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Management
- Qualification in Leadership or child development
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Senior or middle level management
- Effective language skills with both written and verbally English & Sinhala or Tamil
Job Role
- Develop the growth strategy of the country office
- Executive of global directions for all core projects
- Should implementing clear vision to achieve goals and objectives
- build the capacity of partners to achieve child development
- Highly participation and coordination with country management team & other departments
