Job Description
Our Client is a multinational organization who are in the travel and tourism industry who has branches worldwide.
PROCUMENT OFFICER
Qualifications and experience
- Undergraduate or part / full qualification in supplies and material management
- Part qualification in CIM /SLIM will be an added advantage
- Be innovative and must be fluent in English
- Experience in a similar field and in handling artwork, promotional material and event coordination will be an added advantage
- Should be below the age of 30
Job Role
- Liaise with overseas / local suppliers to procure goods and services
- Responsible for procurement related system usage, report generation and PO generation
- Liaise with suppliers for commercial related requirements.
- Ensure the best product/service at the best price for the organization.
- Responsible for direct interaction with suppliers and user departments
Personal Attributes and skills
Should be self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
Excellent levels of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
