Full-Time Post of Factory Manager
Job Description
Our client is a member of a Group which is the largest player in the Sri Lankan Edible Oil Industry, has a long history of reliability, quality and customer service excellence.
Competency-fit
As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, shipping and annual budget planning and execution.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance production and maintenance needs.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the similar capacity preferably in food industry.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and computer literacy.
- Familiarity of the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
