Cutting Room Manager
Required Skills & Experience-
- Have good organization & planning skill
- Have a broad understanding of fabric from receipt to production is necessary
- Making sure the work is done accurately, cost effectively and to high standards
- Should find most feasible solution to the operational & technical issues
- Manage the staff in an efficient & effective way with motivation technique
- Previous Experience in Gerber systems would be an added advantage
