Should have a credit pass for mathematics in O/Ls
Should be fluent in English
Experience
Previous experience in customer service field would be an added advantage.
Job Role
Will be responsible to attend to walk in customer inquiries who are coming to the service centers.
Apart from that will be responsible to handle customer inquiries over the phone.
Personal Attributes and skills
Must be highly motivated.
Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected.
A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality.
