Job Description
Job Title- Customer Care
Qualifications and experience
Should be able to converse in English / Sinhala or Tamil fluently
Preferably with 3 – 6 months of Customer Service Experience
Job Role
Will be responsible to attend to customer inquiries over the phone as well as over the and follow-up on customer requests & complaints made by coordinating with the relevant departments.
Personal Attributes and skills
- Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word
- Should be willing to work on a roster including weekends
