We are on the lookout for an Office Administrative Coordinator (Preferably from Homagama, Padukka, Kottawa & Meegoda) for our well reputed client company.

Handing correspondence, updating and maintain files.
Preparations of title reports.
Provide day to day secretarial and administrative support.
Schedule meetings and maintain minutes of meetings.
Sound knowledge of English letter drafting.
Should be fully conversant in MS word, excel, power point, email, internet etc.
Work Attributes and Qualifications
G.C.E A/L qualified.
Excellent command in English.
Age between 25 – 45
Very good inter-personal and leadership skill.
Pleasant, Self-confident and Outgoing personality.
Preferably with qualifications in secretarial practice and experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently with positive attitude to work.
