We currently seek dynamic, result-oriented individuals to fulfill the following positions.

Trainee Bancassurance Assistant / Bancassurance Assistant / Bancassurance Officer / Senior Bancassurance Officer

The Role

  • To liaise and build relationships with respective bank officers to obtain leads and gain access to clients.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and introduce appropriate insurance products.
  • Achieve assigned business targets, submit necessary reports for management decision making.
  • Cooperate with Branch Managers in servicing Bank customers with respect, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Liaise with Underwriting & Operations department and maintain a smooth business operation.
  • Follow up on outstanding premiums and recovery of premiums in a timely manner.

The Profile

  • Passed G.C.E. Advance Level
  • Flair for Sales / Marketing and willingness to meet deadlines / targets.
  • Previous experience in the Insurance/ Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in teams.
