Receptionist cum Telephone Operator

Our client, a leading multinational company in the island is looking for an outstanding and result oriented individual to join their team as a Receptionist cum Telephone Operator

 

Job Role

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Build the company image by greeting and professionally attending to the visitors
  • Distribution of all incoming mail/packages to relevant persons.
  • Attend to administrative tasks as and when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • A female candidate below 28 years of age.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Sinhala
  • Successfully passed G.C.E. A/Ls
  • Successfully passed G.C.E. O/Ls with credit passes for Mathematics and English.
  • Residence in close proximity to Kandana, Wattala area prefered.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Experience in a similar position would be an added advantage

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate.
