Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.
Competency Fit
As the Senior Manager – HR, you will be responsible for overall HR operation in Sri Lanka including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, HRIS, Performance Management and statutory requirements.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Degree or a Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
- 12-15 years of overall experience in HR field with minimum 5 years of managerial experience preferable in service driven company or BPO industry
- Knowledge in labour laws and statutory requirements
- Good language proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- High level of computer literacy and ability to work in Matrix reporting environment
