Job Description
Job Title- Junior Executive Export Sales Coordinator

Ever since then the company have been fast growing in the transportation and logistics industry where they have strengthen their service to develop and offer solutions to customers internationally.
Qualifications and experience
- 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
- A relevant part professional qualification will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
- Computer literacy with an excellent command of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of operational and documentation related regulations will be beneficial
Job Role
- Support the sales team by responding to customer enquiries, obtaining credit approvals, updating rate slips, booking register
- Negotiate freight rates for Full Container Load (FCL) export cargo with shipping lines and agents
- Perform duties of sea import and air import/export coordinator as and when required
- Carry out well planned sales visits, gather information on gaps in service delivery and take necessary action to address same to ensure customer retention
- Assist the customer service team in obtaining final shipping instructions
- Follow up on shipments with relevant agents/lines and update customers on the status.
