Our client is a state-owned corporation established in 1974 and is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in Qatar and reuires the following:
Investment Analysis – LNG-RG
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce/ accounting/ finance from an accredited university is mandatory. Master / management degree or equivalent is preferable
Over 10/8 years of experience in a reputed organization / audit firm preferably with
exposure to Oil and gas industry.
Exposure to investment management.
Management accounting reporting budgeting planning and costing functions is preferred
3) Knowledge in management accounting concepts with good analytical skills to
analyze financial models business models and feasibility studies
(NPV, IRR, SWOT analysis, balance score card etc)
4. Expertise in financial accounting due diligence and consolidation with good knowledge of international; financial reporting standards.
5) Good interpersonal problem solving, communication, coordination team work and presentation skills
6) Good command of English language (verbal and written skills) and computer systems with expertise in Microsoft application ( In particular excel and PowerPoint) and good working experience in integrated data base system is essential ( SAP) preferred)
7) works with confidentiality, integrity and ethics follow policies and procedures of the corporation proactive innovative, improvising and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
8) Ability to work effectively in diverse virtual and multi –cultural environment.
Readily available to assimilate information and highly flexible in approach to adjust in changing environment
1) review and supervise diverse functions of investment management division including review of the Work Program and Budget Business Plan, management reports year and financial statements
2)Prepare periodic reports to Management on the performance of clients including profitability cost of production and return of investment
3) maintain economic models and prepare periodic information to FMR and management on the projected profitability and cash flows
4) Compile and review information received from various internal and external parties and advise FMR on the volumetric Assumption dividend cash call distribution TPOB an government royalties for the purpose of preparing CUP standalone WP& B and multi dollar oil price scenario flow for MOEF
