We are seeking a female help desk coordinator, who can handle customer calls and follow up on their requirements.
Your Job responsibilities will include
1) Respond to customer calls.
2) Call Logging
2) Follow up the customer requirements. and coordinate with field Engineers
3) Maintain good customer relationship
4) Prepare and maintain reports
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 3 passes in GCE Advance level
- Should be within the age group of 18 – 28 years
