Job Description
Job Title- Banquet Executives
Our client is a subsidiary of Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC: it undertakes the principal activities of investment in properties, property development, trading and management. The company requirements are as follows:
Qualifications and experience
Sound educational background
2-3 years of experience in banquet sales
Preferably Males residing in Colombo and Suburbs
Between 25-35 years of age
Excellent Communications skills
Job Role
To supervise all phases of all type of banquet functions, Coordinate activity on a daily basis. Banquet supervisor should also oversee banquet event and ensure that all service standards, departmental policies are followed by banquet staffs. Act as a single point of contact with the banquet host during the banquet function.
Personal Attributes and skills
Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
A target driven enthusiastic individual
Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality
