Job Title- Assistant HR Manager (Nittabuwa)

Our Client is a leading diversified company in Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and experience

• Should possess a degree specialized in HR from a recognized university/institute or equivalent
• Minimum four years of experience in the field of HR in a reputed companies is a must
• Should be conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with all HR practices
•  Should possess strong organizing and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse ideas to any level of the hierarchy

Job Role

•  Create and validate the necessary policy and process manuals for  L&D and PMS
• Prepare and monitor the  Learning & Development Budgets
•  Validate the organization framework for Learning and Development – present and future needs capturing mechanisms and methods
• Work with OD team to ensure that the OD culmination and or for effective OD processes the appropriate training interventions are designed and rolled out
• Identify appropriate Learning or Training Management IT platforms and expertise in  HRIS  which can enable new and emerging methods of employee learning

• Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
• Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected
• Ability to work on own and as part of a team
• A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality
