HR and Admin Coordinator – Henegama
Key responsibilities,
- Correspondence & coordination with all the relevant divisions to ensure the smooth functioning of Human Resources Division.
- Be actively engaged in recruitment & selection process & employee engagement activities.
- Place & execute the Company induction.
- Conduct the Company exit interviews.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports & present to the Management.
- Monitor employees’ time & attendance & leave process.
- Developing & implementing HR related process, policies & procedures.
- Assisting & coordinating daily HR and Admin functions.
Qualifications:
- Fully or Part qualification in HRM or similar other professional qualification.
- Minimum of 1year experience & a proven track record in similar fields.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with a great attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
- Age preferably below 30 years & preference will be given to Male candidates.
- Have good oral & written communication skills in both Sinhala & English languages.
The salary package is negotiable based on competency.
