Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Front Office Coordinator for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 03.
Job description
Handling of all incoming and outgoing calls
Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
Work attributes and qualifications
20 – 26 years of age
GCE A/L qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience
School leavers are encouraged to apply
Good command of English – written and spoken
IT literate MS Word/Excel/Power Point
Excellent telephone manners and Interpersonal skills
Female candidates only
The selected candidate will be paid a Basic Salary of Rs 20,000–30,000 + Other Benefits per month.
