Finance Manager FinTech
Head Office – Battaramulla
The Job
● Working with IT to implement digital finance transformation
● Financial accounting and reporting to senior management
● Interface with Investors and International Partners
● Working with Credit Agencies and Banks
● Support Digital Finance infrastructure
● Cash flow management
● Project-based cash flow and supplier management
● Efficient management on clients payable and receivables
● Facilitate audits and carry internal audits
● Evaluate company performance using key data and ratios
● Automate financial statements and reporting
● Assume responsibility for accounting procedures
● Support budgeting and forecasting
● Develop staff and train them to perform duties and responsibilities
The Person
● Willing to work beyond traditional limits to get the job done
● Have a positive “Can-do attitude”
● Minimum 2-3 years experience in Fin-Tech Industry
● Proven skill and experience in financial and management accounting
● Advanced knowledge of excel and QB packages
● Advanced knowledge in financial accounting and reporting
● Ability to Act on daily, weekly and monthly reporting
● Ability to manage budgeting and cash management
● Fluent in English
● Age between 25 – 45 is preferred
● Graduate, postgraduate qualification or Chartered qualification
