Full-Time Export assistant for Kotadeniyawa (Male)
Job Description
Our Client is a leading multinational company in Sri Lanka
Qualifications and experience
- Age between 25-30
- GCE AL in commerce/Mathematic.
- Good English knowledge.
- Certificate in logistic Management.
- 1-2 Years’ Experience
Job Role
- Follow up on export consignments on an ongoing basis in order to provide a seamless service to the customers while corresponding with relevant parties in a courteous manner.
- Coordinate export operations whilst effectively communicating with internal customers such as production, stores & quality departments.
- Work closely with forwarding agents, governmental agencies and shipping lines to avoid any potential delays in operation (E.g. Obtaining relevant certificates and other documents in a timely manner)
- Processing Export CHA bills/payment tracking/ MIS

- Strong technical understanding
