Job Role:

We are looking for dynamic and innovative young talent with a formal higher education background and hands on experience to engage in development, customization and implementation for the Business Process Automation and Management Solutions at N-able. She/he is expected to help our technology neutral solutions approach to develop and support Business Analytics solutions in the areas of,

• Quantitative/ Qualitative Analysis
• Advanced analytics/ Predictive analytics
• Big Data Analytics

Successful candidate will get the unique opportunity to work with one of the Sri Lanka’s most experienced and skilled professional services delivery resources in the many of the above areas and offer technical contribution for the growth of Business Analytics business. The selected candidate will be mentored and trained by veteran experts in Business Intelligence solution areas and will be offered with flexibility and freedom of exercising his/her own judgment and innovative ideas in developing the Business Analytics business.

Main Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility: Design and Develop Predictive Analytics Solutions to solve identified business problems of customers across many industries with main focus on telecommunication and banking.
• Research & Development in building statistical models for Real Time Analytical Processing
• Interact with customers and N-able sales team to offer expertise, convey insights, create compelling demonstrations, and gather feedback.
• Ability to think algorithmically about product and business issues and conduct technical discussions, technical presentations, requirement gathering sessions with potential customers
• Design and implement predictive analytics solutions around the gathered requirements and present these to customers in the form of formal proposals, presentations and workshops.

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

• Mandatory qualification: Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology
• Mandatory skills/experience: At least one year of Research & Development and/or one year of industry experience in the areas of statistical modeling and data mining
• Experience in design and development of solutions encompassing following areas is considered preferentially;

• Quantitative/Qualitative Data Analysis
• Machine Learning/Pattern recognition
  • Predictive Analytics

• Fluency in English with experience and skills in conducting technical presentations, effective customer conversations with a good command of English language

• Imagination to formulate and test interesting hypotheses, then construct new and informative ways of visualizing and communicating data.
• Hands on experience with mathematical, statistical and data mining packages
