Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Executive – Service Management for our well reputed client company located in Pelawatte.
Key Requirements
Degree / Professional qualification in Project Management and/or qualification such as CA/ACCA/ and/or CIMA
Prior experience in Project Management & Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office packages
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar capacity preferably in a BPO / Shared Services & / or SAP based environment
