Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

Qualification in Business Administration/Management or equivalent professional qualification in industrial management – Factory Operations (Industrial Minerals would be added advantage)
Knowledge in Production such as Mineral Crushing plant
Basic knowledge in Accounting is definite advantages
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
Excellent task management and willingness to be flexible
Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules
Only MALE candidate preferred
