BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES

SENOK AUTOMOBILES (PVT.) LTD. is adding sales positions and has immediate openings for Business Development Representatives in Negambo, Galle, Ratnapura & Kandy.

SENOK AUTOMOBILES (PVT.) LTD. is passionate about selling. They invest their time and effort each day building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers. The Business Development Representative creates and identifies sales opportunities for. SENOK AUTOMOBILES (PVT.) LTD.  In the role, you will be responsible for generating new business through focused and rigorous screening of inbound leads, email prospecting and ultimately creating new business opportunities and increasing the company’s pipeline. This position offers extensive sales training and opportunity for growth within our sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through prospecting efforts;
  • Obtain additional prospect company information via websites and other methods
  • Conduct thorough discovery, qualify need and establish next steps
  • Keep up to date on other market offerings
  • Entering / maintaining accurate information
  • Locate and build out accounts that are in target market through use of various sources
  • Must have unquestionably high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a stable, growing organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced, results oriented, team environment.

Qualified candidates for this position have:

  • 1 – 3 years of sales/business development experience in automobiles.
  • Experience selling into marketing and ecommerce teams a plus
  • Exceptionally strong work ethic, self-motivated, metric-oriented, curious and driven with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills in order to run multiple opportunities in the sales cycle
  • Must have a positive attitude, be confident, and desire to be the best
  • Experience with MS Office products a definite plus

Compensation: Base plus commission. Full benefits are included.
