Candidate Profile

-Male Candidates

– Age over 25-35 years

– Degree or equivalent

– Minimum 3 years work experience, in similar environment or at international organization is preferable.

-Typing skills in English and Sinhala

– Should be able to converse well in Japanese

– Should be very fluent with Excel and PowerPoint.

– Salary is 100,000 , Negotiable

 

Job Profile

・Maintenance of the office environment and equipment

・File and organize office documents

・Organize data base

・Support of logistics work, go to the sites

・Keep the office finance record

・Making appointment to meet with government officials

・Support to conduct meetings with relevant parties

・Support Senior Assistant Project Coordinator

・Any other additional tasks as instructed by Japanese supervisors
