Job Description
Our Client is a leading multinational apparel company in Sri Lanka.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Textiles or relevant qualifications
- 4-5 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge in engineering, industrial engineering, machinery &pattern making
- Knowledge in garment sewing, construction knowledge, knowledge in fabrics & product testing.
Job Role
- Manage the overall technical & quality assurance functions of the product development process at Nirmaana.
- Manage R&D team & its process through the technical support unit (TSU)
- Ensure all the quality procedures
- Ensure product procedures are taken while adherence to given standards & guiding & educating employees.
- Liable with garment technologies & customers as required.
