The Job

The Manager/Assistant Manager Sales Force Administration will be responsible to manage the entire HR scope of the Field Sales Force of the company.  The candidate should be able to lead his team to provide a comprehensive HR services to field sales force including the following main work streams.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

•Manage sales force recruitment function in order to deliver business targets.
•Ensure effective management of compensation and  benefit packages for new recruits.
•Carry out rewards and recognition schemes in the company complying the set criteria.
•Build relationships with internal & external customers and ensure smooth functioning of sales force administration function at UA.
•Provide MI on the relevant functional area.

The Applicant should possess:

 

•A Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferably in management / HR) from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales force administration / HR / sales support / sales management / marketing at managerial level.
• A high degree of communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak Sinhala/Tamil & English.
•Strong motivation to work for well-being of field sales staff and employees etc.
