Full-Time Assistant Manager IT Training
Job Description
• Review training programmes and ensure that the staff are fully conversant and familiar with
the IT systems and procedures
• Conduct training to improve the overall IT related performance and quality of the workforce
• He/She is expected to deal with queries from the staff and provide viable solutions efficiently when conducting trainings
• Ensure that all staff has the necessary skills and competencies to execute their duties on the
Core Bankingsystem.
• Ensure the Bank staff move through the IT Training on the Life Cycle Training framework
• Periodical follow-up on training though On-The-Job observations and feedback
• Visit Branches to conduct Finacle training
Prerequisites
• Minimum 05 years experience in Banking Operations with exposure to working on the
Finacle Core Banking System
• A full/part qualification in Banking/ CIM/CIMA
Special Skills
•Excellent presentation and strong oral / written communication skills
•Exposure to e-channels and IT environment and very good systems knowledge
•Exposure to Retail Banking products is advantageous
