We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Executive for our well reputed Client Company located in Kohuwala.
Job Description
Answering the telephone calls and follow up on customer database.
Assist students with program selection and guide students when help required.
Should be able to provide excellent customer service.
Achieving targets and Implementation of promotional strategies.
Develop good relationship with students and give required details.
Knowledge on International studies, visa and qualifications in order to guide and instruct.
Work Attributes and Qualifications
Professional or any other qualification in CIM or other Academic qualification from a recognized Institute.
Should possess knowledge in digital marketing trends and techniques.
1 – 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in the field of Education would be an advantage.
Should possess strong negotiation, communication, listening and presentation skills.
Well versed in English and Sinhala.
Very good inter-personal and leadership skills.
School leavers also can apply.
