We are on the lookout for a HR Assistant (Kadawatha, Kiribathgoda, Keleniya & Peliyagoda) for our well reputed client company.
Job Description
Maintain attendance records and support the HR systems with Keep records and update cloud system.
Manage Documentation and responsible for administration duties.
Compile & Update relevant Databases.
Responsible for all incoming inquiries through multiple channels.
Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports and as necessary.
Assist performance of operations.
Work Attributes and Qualifications
Professional Qualification or Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
GCE A/ Level.
Minimum of 1 year on the job experience in a recognized commercial establishment.
Energetic, Positive, Driven and a people person in nature
Experience in working with Human Resource Management System (HRIS) would be an added advantage.
Someone who is self-motivated and can work independently to deliver to KPI’s
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Good Computer Skills.
Age below 30 years.
