Full-Time Training & Support Supervisor
Job Description
International Non-Governmental Organization in Colombo with its headquarters located in Colorado Springs USA.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Management/Leadership or Adult Education/Training or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in management
Or
- 4 to 5 years of training or adult education
- Effective language skills with both written and verbally English & Sinhala or Tamil
Job Role
- Implementing learning and training for child development models
- Interpreting and contextualizing
- Propose development strategies towards partners
- Evaluate trainings and manage team of specialists
- Should be willing to travel both local and overseas
Personal Attributes and skills
- Excellent interpersonal & facilitation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent organization skills and leader ship skills
- Age below 40 years
