Qualifications and experience

  • GCE O/L and GCE A/L
  • Highly fluent in English
  • Should be able to work on night shifts
  • Experience in call center would be an added advantage

Job Role

  • Making calls to local clients and taking down appointments
  • Training and reviewing performance of team members
  • Ensuring the performance of the team members are in a high standard
  • Reporting to the management
  • Discussing and resolving problems of staff

Personal Attributes and skills

  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work at late hours
  • Good interpersonal skills
