Assistant Relationship Managers

(Borella, Panadura, Ambalangoda, Tangalle, Matale, Nikaweratiya, Welimada, Oddamawady)

You should ideally;

• be below 32 years of age
• possess a degree (with a class) or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• possess 3 years post-qualifying experience in an executive capacity in the banking/finance field
• Experience in credit management would be a definite advantage
• have strong communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.

You will be actively involved in the promotion of advances and credit related products to existing and new customers.  You will also be required to evaluate projects, follow up on approved advances and maintain a healthy portfolio. Those with a flair for marketing and possessing good analytical skills would be ideal for the position.

Applicants who do not possess the required 3 years post-qualifying executive experience will be considered for recruitment as Executive Trainees.
