As the Customer Care Assistant the candidate should support customers in handling claims, providing product details and information quotations.
To be successful you should have:
- Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala languages. Having the ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage.
- A clear & pleasant voice & a sound knowledge in basic operations of computer
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level
- Prior Call center Experience for about 1 to 2 years will be an added advantage.
