Call Center Agent

We are on the lookout for Call Center Agent for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 14 and Colombo 10.

Salary: Rs. 17,000/= to Rs. 25,000/= & Overtime + Other Allowance

Job Description

  • Answer calls and respond to e-mails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and via e-mails
  • Provide customers with product and service informations
  • Enter new customer information’s to the system
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Produce call reports

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and sinhala
  • Communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage
  • Organizational skills, Team work and Friendly personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
