Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our client’s Restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Gender: – Male
Salaries are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits.
The Pastry Chef is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Pastry shop.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assists the Head Pastry Chef in the daily activities of the kitchen, including menu development, Daily and monthly inventory and purchasing of supplies, and cost control.
- Responsible for the production and presentation of pastries and other baked goods.
- Oversees the activities of the pastry staff in the absence of the Pastry Chef.
- Prepares all the items needed in the day and scheduled orders.
- Bake and set-up the production needed for the day and other scheduled orders.
- Places pans of dough into oven to bake.
- Receive deliveries and verify that the delivered goods match weight and shapes mentioned in the catalogue
- Removes baked products from oven.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen wares, machines and equipment in proper conditions.
- Prepares report of all moving and non-moving items.
- Presenting an attractive display at pasty case and should be ready to sell.
- Update expire tracking of the entire products daily basis.
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and write in English.
- 8-10 years prior experience as assistant chef in a high-standard environment.
- Wide knowledge about different types of food is required
