• Should hold a Degree in Garment Technology with more than 2 years experience in a similar capacity   within the industry.
• Holding GSD license could be an advantage
• Working with Lean environment and previous experience in manufacturing woven and knitted garments/ intimate products is advantageous.
• Should have effective time management, and performing under pressurised circumstances is imperative.
• Should be  proactive, assertive and forward thinking.
