Job Description

1. Look into service issues & ensure timely solution is provided.
2. Coordinate between sales team & vendor on service issues.
3. Provide weekly reports to management.
4. Solve customer oriented issues of product.
5. Liaise with vendor on warranty issues.
6. Provide market feedback to vendor.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in mobile service industry.
• Need the knowledge in basic English Language & Using Computer.
• Must have best communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self Motivated.
