We have an exciting opportunity for the positions of Sales Engineers, Maintenance or Installation Engineers & Store keepers for our reputed client in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Sales Engineer
Required: Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical degree
– Experience in metal or Mechanical sales
– Not less than 5 years experience
– Good personality
– Good command of English
– Gulf driving license
– Candidate not more than 35 years
Position: Maintenance or Installation Engineer
– Mech tronics or Electro mechanical Engineer
– Experience in maintenance, installation of metal cutting machines
– Heat treatment furnaces of general maintenance
– Not less than 5 years experience
– Good personality
– Good command of English
– Age less than 35 years
Position: Store keeper
Job Description
§ Manage receiving of incoming inventory
a. Ensure Purchase order is created in the system.
b. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
c. Validate quantities received vs. quantities ordered.
d. Validate quality conformity and highlight any deformation in stock to management
o Any unconformity not highlighted would be the responsibility of the storekeeper.
e. Receive the stock in the system.
f. Ensure accurate put away of the stock in the warehouse, where it is easily recovered and easily checked and conforming to the inventory records in the inventory system.
g. Item Sizes/types shouldn’t be mixed and must be segregated properly
h. Any deformity in stock not highlighted at the time of receiving will be settled by the storekeeper at selling price.
§ Order processing
a. Ensure that all sales orders are processed accurately and timely.
b. Sales orders processing time shouldn’t exceed (01) business day, unless aligned and confirmed by management in writing.
c. Ensure that stocks outbound/leaving the warehouses are 100% conforming to sales order/delivery note.
d. Any stock that leaved the warehouse unauthorized with a delivery note/sales order is the responsibility of the storekeeper and the value of the lost stock to be settled by the storekeeper at selling price.
§ Inventory Control
a. Ensure complete control of inventory and 100% conformity of the physical inventory to the inventory system.
b. Perform daily cycle count based on a weekly plan and validate the physical inventory vs. inventory records in the inventory system.
c. Reconcile daily cycle count with the inventory records in the inventory systems and highlight any differences immediately at the date of discovery to management in writing.
d. Archive all cycle counts documentation, reconciliation documentation, receiving reports, dispatch reports, delivery notes in and out.
o All documents must be easily recovered.
o All documents must be indexed.
o All documents to be stored separately by document type.
e. Always check the open purchase orders and prepare the warehouse for receiving the stock on time.
F. In case of delay of the stock arrival highlight to management timely.
g. Issue a report of slow moving items on monthly basis.
h. In case of any shortage discovered while not highlighted then this will be the storekeeper responsibility to settle the value of the stock at selling price.
i. Stock cards must be put on racks and maintained in order to identify the stock in the location.
j. Bars must be color coded so it is easily identifiable and the stock is not mixed as it has different costs.
k. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
l. Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.
m. Ensure that no UN authorized person moves any stock or access any equipment.
§ Warehouse personnel responsibility
a. Ensures all store personnel have job descriptions signed after aligning the management.
b. Ensure the warehouse personnel are clear and presentable.
c. Ensure that the warehouse personnel are attending and completing the assignments given to them.
d. Conduct documented reviews with the employees every quarter and have the employees’ signature on the documents and archive properly and safely.
e. Make sure that the employees are trained to perform their tasks.
f. Make sure that the employees are wearing safety shoes and other necessary clothing.
a. Ensure all fire extinguishers/ firefighting systems are working and make sure to request replacements/ maintenance timely.
b. Ensure no electrical hazards or mechanical hazards are left untreated and always highlight timely when noticed and documented properly.
c. Ensure that the warehouse is clean and no hazards are left in the warehouse.
d. Ensure availability of CCTV cameras and always functioning.
§ Insurance
a. Ensure that the warehouse and the inventory in the warehouse are insured.
b. Ensure 100% compliance to insurance clause.
