Duties and Responsibilities:
- Should have sound technical background and also worked as Service advisor. Dealership background will be an advantage
- Receive Customer Vehicles for Service or Repair Jobs and raise repair orders in Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders. Able to give technical advice or repair solutions to customers regarding their vehicle concerns.
- Able to test-drive the customer vehicles and confirm vehicle concerns when necessary.
- Able to provide a detailed explanation on jobs and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers to be carried out on vehicle.
- Take initiative to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has satisfied with the service offered.
- Update customers with repair status and progress on his vehicle and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
- After service follow ups and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Invoices on DMS and arrange delivery of vehicles.
