Our Client Is a Leading BPO in SriLanka
Qualifications and experience
- Partly qualified in marketing or relevant qualification.
- 1-2 years’ work experience
- Fluent in English & Sinhala or Tamil
- Should be able to handle MS Office package.
- Sales or Telemarketing backgrounds will be an advantage
- Male/ Female age below 32 years
Job Role
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services
Personal Attributes and skills
- Independent person with outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-Motivate
- Good telephone etiquette
