Technology Consultant – CRM

This role is a mix of technology and strategic consulting, focused on developing Cloud Solutions. This role is expected to lead our key projects as well as deliver engagements for our clients – depending size and complexity. The role is 100% customer facing so customer service and presentation skills are a must. In addition, this role is a key function in the MOQdigital DevOps Kanban process, as such 50% of the role will be spent in a support/break fix process and 50% will be spent building new project work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discussions with clients on the use of Microsoft CRM Dynamics Services
Planning, Design and Delivery of solutions that implement deliverables from any of the ADA pillars into new and existing client infrastructure
Accountable for all aspects technical delivery
Implement Dynamics CRM Cloud technologies to achieve the customer’s objectives
Continue to develop technical capabilities and knowledge
Be actively involved in contributing to our team and across the business
Act as a technical point of escalation or subject matter expert within the team and across the business
Supporting existing client solutions in addition to working on new solutions, in adherence with the MOQdigital Kanban process.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education

Secondary Education Completed
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field desirable

Certification

Mandatory:
Microsoft Certification (related to your specific area of interest and relevant to the ADA pillars)

Essential

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience (Working for a similar professional services organization Highly Desirable)
Extensive and demonstrated experience in designing, building, configuring and migrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM stack solutions
Solution Planning, Architecture and Design
Experience working alone on customer site and also as a team lead. Exposure to offshore team leadership an advantage
Strong knowledge of the complexities of migration and enterprise project exposure
Experience in customer facing environments, customer focused with strong development experience and able to produce quality documentation

Technically lead projects, define and understand client requirements and the development of solutions to deliver on those requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, high level of technical expertise and extremely passionate about technology
Technical and User Documentation
Agile working practices including agile planning, along with DevOps processes such as continuous integration, continuous deployment.
Strong knowledge and implementation experience in a number of the following technologies:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM (both on premises and in the cloud)
SQL Server and other Azure data platforms
.Net stack development
Microsoft Azure (AzureAD, Application Proxy, MFA etc.)
PowerShell and other scripting
Build and test automation technologies and processes
Personal Attributes

Ownership: taking control of an engagement through to completion
Team player
Strong Communication and collaboration skills
Strong stakeholder & customer liaison skills
Ability to prioritize between competing project needs
