Job Description
Our Client is a leading BPO company in Sri Lanka
Qualifications and experience
- GCE O/L and GCE A/L
- Highly fluent in English
- Should be able to work on night shifts
- Experience in call center would be an added advantage
Job Role
- Making calls to local clients and taking down appointments
- Training and reviewing performance of team members
- Ensuring the performance of the team members are in a high standard
- Reporting to the management
- Discussing and resolving problems of staff
Personal Attributes and skills
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work at late hours
- Good interpersonal skills
