System Engineer’ Profile

The ideal candidate should have following qualifications / skills and experience.

Qualifications :

1. MCSE / MCITP / CCNA or Equivalent Qualifications.
2. B.Sc. degree in IT / IS from a recognize University/Institute or Equivalent Qualifications that includes Information Security and Networking as subjects.
3. QualificationinInformation Security will be a definite advantage.

Skills and experience :

1. Prior experience in the mercantile sector as a Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer  or Solutions Specialist, at least for a period of 3 years, including

1. Configuring and managing Microsoft Windows server 2003/2008/2012 Active Directory environment, SQL and Web Servers. Implementing and maintaining Windows Clustering.
2. Configuring and managing Microsoft Exchange server 2010/2013, Citrix Servers, AV Servers inVMware environment.
3. Hands on experience in TCP/IP LAN environment, including VLAN’s and SSL VPN, IP VPN WANenvironment.
4. Configuring and managing VMware environment.
5. Knowledge/experience in configuring and maintaining Firewalls (UTM), CISCO routers and switches and other network devices.
6. Knowledge in  Data encryption techniques, Open source technologies, Wireless/mobile Technologies, IP PABX  will be an added advantage.

1. Should be a team player with willing to share knowledge with other members in the team.
