We are on the lookout for a Senior Tour Executive for our well reputed client company who is into Inbound Tour Operations in Katunayake.

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Reservations, provide customer service and relations
• Responsible for transportation and accommodation arrangements for each tour
• Quote and respond to Free & Easy and group tour inquiries while interact and communicate with other departments regarding reservations related issues & resolve customer complaints.

Key Requirements

• A dynamic & result oriented individual with minimum one-year experience in a similar capacity in travel and tourism industry.
• Good communication skills & fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to create and design tours packages independently and well versed with tourist spots/ sites and having excellent relationship with hotels, restaurant chains, transporters etc…
• Having Excellent Marketing Skills and Team work spirit.
• Competency of Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Resides in Katunayake suburbs.
