Full-Time Senior Manager HR Operations
Job Description
Job Profile
- Be a partner to the business by managing HR Operations
- Ensure the smooth and error free administration of the Bank’s compensation and benefits
- Responsible for all statutory payments and be the custodian of the EPF fund.
- Ensure timely execution of the performance management process
- Responsible for maintaining updated Job descriptions, Organization structures and timely completion of job evaluations
- Administer HR Services including the issuance of staff uniforms & accessories
- Custodian of the HRMS and attendance systems
- Handle the disciplinary process of the Bank
Special Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of self motivation
- People management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with modern HR processes & strategic frameworks
Experience & Qualifications
- 9 years of working experience in a Bank/Financial Institution / Service industry with hands on experience in Human Resources Management
- Out of the total experience 5 years at managerial level
- A Degree from a recognized University or a Professional Qualification in HR
- Possessing a MBA from a recognized institution would be considered as an added advantage
