Qualifications and experience

  • MBA,B.Sc or M.Sc
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience
  • Should be qualified in Master Black Belt
  • Experience managing significant projects
  • Successful interaction with and ability to influence key internal stakeholders at all levels (including the Board of Directors), external customers (at all levels) and key suppliers and partners

 

Job Role

  • Assemble and manage project teams across multiple departments/functions/regions
  • Redesign processes to incorporate best practices and address current deficiencies
  • Establish KPIs for pillar and report to syncreon Way Program Manager and broader organization.
  • Track and report issues
  • Interact with customers to solicit and test improvement ideas
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Strive to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
  • Ensure that appropriate communication plans are developed and executed.
  • Implement a sustaining process and structure that will ensure all regions stay aligned to the agreed processes with relevant auditing and process for continuous improvement
