Qualifications and experience

• Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public (with license to practice in Colombo)
• Minimum of 02-03 years of experience in similar capacity in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Law, Company Law & Litigation
• Previous work experience in real estate / condominium property sector will be an added advantage
• Should possess excellent oral & written communication skills
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office is a must undertaken in Sri Lanka.
•  Age preferably below 35 years

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Should be able to work under pressure
