Job Role
As the Senior HR Executive, you are expected to maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in HR/Contact Centre field preferably having the exposure in Recruitment.
- A diploma or a degree for HR from a recognized institute.
- Excellent communicational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
